CAPITAL RISING
- Valuation of the issuer Company using various financial modeling techniques.
- Preparation of Information Memorandum with the assistance of the Company and professional legal and financial
- Evaluation and assessment of material agreements (asset title deeds, joint venture agreement(s), etc.); tax and legal issues with the assistance of the Company and professional legal and financial advisors/auditors.
- Coordination of work of other professionals and organization, e.g. lawyers, accounting firms, credit rating agencies etc.
- Coordination of works with various regulatory authorities, SEC, Bangladesh Bank, RJSC etc.
- Obtain, arrange, and present all documents to file the application to the concerned authorities.
